1. No account creation
AyahLock does not ask for an email, name, or phone number. No sign-up is required to use the app.

2. Data stored locally on your device
The following information stays stored only on your iPhone (never sent to a server):
- The list of apps you choose to block (managed via Apple's Screen Time API — Apple never shares the real name of these apps with us, only an opaque technical identifier)
- Your verse-reading stats (number of verses read, day streak, block history)
- Your notification preferences

This data can be deleted at any time by deleting the app, or via "Reset" in the app's Settings.

3. Subscription and payment
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and by our provider RevenueCat, which handles subscription validation. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier linked to your device and the transaction information required (product purchased, date, status). No banking data ever passes through AyahLock or RevenueCat — payment is handled entirely by Apple.

4. Notifications
Notifications (daily reminder, verse of the day) are scheduled locally on your device. No data is transmitted to an external push notification service.

5. No tracking, no advertising
AyahLock does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or ad-tracking SDK (no IDFA is collected).

6. Your rights (GDPR)
Since we do not collect any personally identifying data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete beyond the transaction data managed by Apple/RevenueCat. For any question, contact us at [email protected].

7. Changes
This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
